You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Tint uses artificial intelligence to generate trip itineraries, suggestions, and cost estimates from the details you provide. This content is for planning and inspiration only. Prices, availability, timings, and recommendations are AI-estimated and may be inaccurate or out of date, so please verify them independently before relying on them or making any booking.

Where Tint facilitates a booking, the final reservation, price, and terms are confirmed through our concierge team or third-party partners and suppliers. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown for each listing or supplier. Tint is not the provider of transport, accommodation, or activities unless expressly stated.

Please do not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, automated scraping, abusive or excessive generation requests, and any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to Tint. Photographs and certain content are provided by third parties under their own licenses. You may use generated itineraries for your personal travel planning.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Account. Your mobile number and, optionally, your name and traveler or profile details.

Trip inputs. Destinations, dates, budget, travelers, and preferences you enter to generate itineraries.

Location. Only with your permission, to auto-detect your departure city. You can decline and type it manually.

Device and usage. Basic technical data and error logs to keep the Service reliable.

To sign you in, generate and personalize itineraries, process and coordinate bookings, provide support, secure the Service, and improve our features. We do not sell your personal information.

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who act on our behalf:

Twilio, to send and verify your OTP.

OpenAI, to generate itineraries from your trip inputs.

Amazon Web Services, for hosting and secure storage.

Image and monitoring providers, for destination imagery and error monitoring.

These providers may process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw consent (such as location) at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Tint is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this Policy and will revise the date above when we do. We will communicate material changes through the Service.
